HOW TO USE SMART RECEIPTS

 

  • GO TO YOUR APP STORE AND TYPE IN SMART RECEIPTS. ONCE IT IS FOUND PLEASE SELECT INSTALL

 
  • NOW THAT YOU’VE DOWNLOADED THE APP IT IS TIME TO GET STARTED. FOR THE FIRST RECEIPT PLEASE TITLE THE NAME. THIS WILL BE HOW YOU WOULD CREATE DIFFERENT FOLDERS. FOR EXAMPLE THE SEPARATION CAN BE PERSONAL AND BUSINESS RELATED.

 
  • THESE ARE THE OPTIONS FOR THE CATEGORY FIELD TO DETERMINE WHAT THE RECEIPT IS FOR.

 
  • THE COMMENT SESSIONS IS FOR ANY ADDED NOTES YOU ARE INTERESTED IN INCLUDING 

 
  • UNDER THE SECTION THAT SAYS CORPORATE CARD YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO DETERMINE THE FORM OF PAYMENT.

 
  • NOW IS THE TIME TO ADD THE RECEIPT. SELECT THE PLUS BUTTON AND YOU CAN TAKE A PICTURE OF THE RECEIPT

 
  • ONCE YOUR RECEIPTS ARE UPLOADED YOU CAN GENERATE A REPORT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

 
  • YOU CAN GATHER A REPORT IN A PDF REPORT, PDF REPORT THAT INCLUDES A TABLE, CSV FILE ETC.

 
  • I CHOSE TO DO A FULL PDF REPORT AND THEN SHARED IT WITH MY GMAIL. BELOW YOU WILL SEE HOW THE REPORT IS GENERATED.
